Placing the lead in the "No Longer Working" status will trigger an internal review of the lead.
We have a dedicated Quality Department that reviews the calls made by our team, audits their screening process and listens to the transfer made to our partners, both agent and lender. The process for requesting this review is to put the client in the "NO LONGER WORKING" status with notes for what you'd like our quality team to listen for.
The Quality Department handles all lead reviews, revokes and credits. They also work closely with our training department about areas for improvement for our Inside Sales Associates (ISAs).
This process can take up to a week. If the lead is still in "NO LONGER WORKING" after a week that means the lead was properly screened and transferred, and therefore a valid lead.
