Warm Connection Leads - Text Templates

Opcity makes a text introduction for all parties. This is a great way for you to also introduce yourself to the home buyer and the real estate agent.

Warm Connections are assigned when the lead is talking to the real estate agent. The text alert you receive has the lead's and agent's cell phone so send a group text immediately to solidify Opcity's team approach, building name recognition for yourself and ingraining yourself in the process of moving the home buyer in to their new home.

For example:

Hi {Client & Agent}, It's {your name} from {mortgage company}. Just wanted to make sure you both had my cell phone number in case we need to move faster with a pre-approval. Are you scheduled to look at homes this weekend?
Hi {Client & Agent}, I know you two are speaking but wanted to send a quick note to let you know I'm already working on our prequal steps for your new home but I need a few more pieces. {Client name}, I'll call you in a little bit or is text okay?

If you prefer to just text the client, here is an example:

Hi {Client}, This is {your name} with {mortgage company}. You just scheduled an appointment on {appointment date} but I'm available now if you have a few minutes to talk so I can confirm with {Agent} that you are ready to go see homes. Are you meeting with {Agent} this week?

Persistent communication with the real estate agent on a Warm Connection is key so continue to text, email, call. The goal is to keep it simple and make it clear you are diligently following up just like you will with all others leads. For example:

Hi {Agent}
This is your Opcity lender, {name}. We’ll be working together with {client}. I've already introduced myself to {home buyer} and will call at {appointment time}. Would you like to speak before that call or can I ask you a few questions now?
{Name, Company, NMLS, }
