You can pause your live lead alerts on the settings page of your portal.
Here, you're able to update the following availability settings:
- Snooze Live Lead Alerts: Here, you can set the amount of time for which you do not want to be sent live lead alerts, and when the time expires, your live alerts will automatically resume.
- Set a Daily Schedule for Live Lead Alerts: Use Do-Not-Disturb to turn off live lead alerts based on a daily schedule.
To turn off all leads (live transfers and warm connections), contact your manager to disable lead delivery to you. However, if you are the Backup Loan Officer for your company, you may still receive warm connections.
