Anyone with Manager's access can reassign lender leads to other users on the account.
Locate the lead that needs to be reassigned from the Pipeline Or Reporting page and click the “Edit” button. If you have Manager's access, you will see a “Reassign” button under the Loan Officer's name (left side of the client's file). You’ll be able to select a new officer from the subsequent dropdown. That lead will now show up on the new officer’s Pipeline page.
