How do I send leads to my CRM?

Once a referral has been made, we send an email to all Broker contacts, the agent and any loan or title partners with the information about the lead and assigned partners. These emails follow the industry standard Real Estate Lead Metadata Specification and contain information about that lead. Other systems such as CRMs and Lead and Transaction Management systems that also support this specification will now be able to process the Opcity referral data and enter information about that lead into their systems. All CRM or Lead and Transaction Management vendors that support this Specification should be able to process the ’Standard Fields’ below. Follow Up Boss currently supports Opcity’s custom fields, if you would like your vendor to support the Custom Fields listed below, please share this documentation with them and have them contact us to get added to our supported vendor list.

Opcity also accepts the following ‘Standard Fields’ from the leads that are sent to Opcity from other supported systems from our Broker Lead Accelerator customers. Having systems that send lead emails to us that support this specification and contain all that allowed information can result in better quality leads for your agents.
