How do I set my preferred business hours?

You can update the "Do Not Disturb" schedule in the Lender Portal. The settings page can be accessed by clicking the "Settings" tab at the top of the dashboard.

Here, you're able to update the following personal setting:

  • Do Not Disturb: Use this feature to set up your Opcity business hours. Our call center operates from 7 AM CST to 11 PM CST, so you may wish to opt out of receiving live transfer alerts during the early morning or late night. Please note that these business hours will be the same for every day of the week. Note: This only turns of live transfer alerts. Only your manager can turn off all lead delivery.
