How do I update a new lead?

1. Select the lead you want to update from the Referral Manager:


2. You will be taken to the "My Referral" page, where you can see an overview of the details and progress of the lead. At the bottom, click on the green bar that says, "Update Status."


3. On the "Update Status" page, you'll select "Choose" to the right of "We Spoke" to be taken to a page where you can add notes on the status of the referral.

4. Once you've added notes, be sure to hit the green "Save" bar at the bottom of the screen.
