How do I update the expected close date on a transaction?

Need to change the date of an upcoming close? Just follow the simple steps below:

1. Log in to your Referral Manager via desktop or the Opcity mobile app and select the referral whose contract details you want to update.

2. This will open up your referral's profile. Select the green 'Update Status' button at the bottom of the screen, and then choose the 'Contract' status.

3. Once in the contract status editor, click on the field labeled 'Contract Close Date' and select your new date from the calendar picker.

4. Make note of the update in the 'What's Changed?' box, update the contract status to 'Contract amended,' and hit the green button at the bottom of the screen to submit your changes.
