How is each success factor calculated?

Claiming leads - Measures the percent of lead alerts that an agent attempted to claim (whether or not they were successful).

Updating status - Measures the percent of referrals that are updated on a weekly basis (within 1 week of the previous update).

Meeting clients - Measures how often an agent meets with clients within the first 2 weeks.

Closing deals - Measures how successfully you close transactions after meeting with the client

Measures how many transactions an agent has closed from the clients with whom have been moved to “Met” Note: a transaction that does not close within 90 days of meeting that client will not negatively impact an agent’s score.
