Why isn't my loan officer receiving leads?

If your Loan Officer has just been added to your account, they may still need to be enabled and markets may need to be selected. This can be done from Manager's Dashboard of the lender portal. Click the blue 'show more,' link by the loan officer's name to see these setup options. Click here for more details.

If the loan officer is enabled with markets assigned and they still are not receiving leads, make sure short codes are not being blocked on their phone. If they are, your Loan Officer will likely have to contact their service provider to request texts, including those with hyperlinks, to be allowed from short code 51679.
